Instructor's Choice


Good Afternoon, All!


Instructor's Choice tonight will be kickboxing. This class is a great mix of cardiovascular and strength exercise. If you have never tried it, I encourage you to give it a shot! Kickboxing can be done at all fitness levels. Don't let the mere title intimidate you. It is a class for all. I look forward to boxing with y'all this evening at 5:15 p.m.
